Doerun Elementary is a Title I School!

For Parents:
What's New at Doerun Elementary?
  • Firemen Visit Kindergarteners

Our kindergarteners invited two of Colquitt County's volunteer firefighters to come for a visit after the reading of Russ and the Firehouse.  They were able to see equipment, a firetruck, and uniforms.  The students were also taught the importance of having an escape plan in place in case of a fire in their home. Needless to say the students were excited about the visit and especially the tour of the firetruck!
